1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at vijifashions@gmail.com or call our support number.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered if eligible under our return policy.

3. Return Eligibility

Products can only be returned if they are:

• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect item received
• Not as described (with proof)

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/defect claims.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products bought during sales or promotions
• Customized or stitched products
• Items with signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us
